Today, the Law & Advocacy students met with their leadership facilitator, Pru, for an activity called Personality Matrix. In this activity, the students discover four different operating modes that apply to everyday life and leadership. Each mode has its’ own unique strengths and weaknesses, and the students got to experience each mode through a series of experiential exercises. Learning the four communication styles allows for the students to become better leaders, as they can recognize their own strengths and the strengths of others in order to lead effectively, inside and out of the courtroom.
