Today the Mastering Leadership students participated in an activity called “Distinctions of Leadership” in which the students learned about the many different qualities and strengths great leaders can have. Learning these helps the students to more accurately define the qualities that they already have within themselves, as well as the traits they want to grow. After discussing the qualities of a leader, the students were then tasked with creating a skit that demonstrated two of the qualities, and the audience then was able to guess the distinction of leadership based on the skit. It was a fun and exciting way to learn more about what makes a leader!
